Failure to Turn up for a Booked Time
If you book a time you are committed to honour that time.
Far too many players are booking and then not turning up.
If this practice continues the bye-law below will be enforced!
2.11 A Player who fails to honour a time sheet booking without reasonable notification and for no good reason be not allowed to book a time or have a time booked for him on the next two time sheets ( 22 April 1987)
